Before I built a life in coherence, I lived in survival—
paralysis, toxic relationships, addiction, overachievement. I went from fighting to stay alive to chasing success in law, still trying to fix what I thought was broken.
But none of it touched the part of me that was actually asking to be heard.
My real transformation didn’t start with healing. It started with truth—the moment I stopped outsourcing it.
